I hate NBME, but the very least I try to learn the questions. I did uworld twice though and a month of Amboss ( roughly 250Q). Pathoma chapters 1-3 , read FA a few times. I guess if you do a couple blocks of Uworld and feel pretty comfortable and score decent.
